Why people buy

People don’t buy marketing. They buy a way out of a problem.

Behind every enquiry is a person looking for something to change. We start with what matters to them, then make your value clear.

Emotion first

People decide with feeling and justify with logic, so we make your brand felt.

Pain before pleasure

We describe your customer's frustration better than they can, so they trust you with the fix.

Clarity, not pressure

The right customer should think “this is exactly for me.”

Value over price

When people clearly see the value, price becomes a smaller question.

Sales isn’t manipulation. It’s understanding people. That’s marketing with fire.

Wajeeha Khan, founder and strategist Founder / Strategist · Milton Keynes

Meet the founder

Commercial instinct. Human understanding. Creative fire.

I'm Wajeeha. I was born in Pakistan, and English is my second language. I've rebuilt my life brick by brick, and that taught me what really moves people. I'm not an academic. I'm a practitioner: I take the psychology of how people decide into real restaurants and cafés, and test what actually works.

Wajeeha Khan is a marketing strategist, business growth consultant and founder of Wajeeha Khan Consultancy. Her work brings together buyer psychology, human behaviour, storytelling and commercial strategy.

With 20 years across sales, brand development and customer acquisition, Wajeeha leads the strategy and brings the right creative specialists around each brief.

Read Wajeeha’s story

With 20 years of experience across direct sales, brand development, customer acquisition, business development and creator-led marketing, Wajeeha understands more than how brands communicate. She understands why people pay attention, what creates trust and what moves a customer towards a decision.

Her career includes nearly a decade with Sky, experience across corporate and local government environments, and three co-opted parish or town council appointments within Milton Keynes. She understands the boardroom, the community, the frontline customer and the entrepreneur carrying everything at once.

Wajeeha turns human insight into clear positioning, relevant content, stronger customer journeys and practical routes to growth. She leads the strategy, stays close to the commercial goal and brings in the right creative and technical specialists for each brief.

The thinking behind the work

Marketing becomes more effective when it follows the way people naturally respond and make decisions.
