Using our website
You may use this website to learn about our services, contact us, take our quiz, request an audit or sign up for a workshop. Please do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Services and workshops
Any consultancy work, audit or workshop is agreed with you in writing before it starts, including what is included, the price and the timings. If a written agreement says something different from these terms, the written agreement applies.
Digital products
- Licence. When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your own business. You may not resell, share or republish it.
- Delivery. Digital products are delivered electronically, usually straight after payment.
- Refunds. Because digital content is delivered immediately, you agree that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download or access starts, as allowed under UK consumer law. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
Results
We share marketing advice, examples and strategies in good faith. Results depend on many things outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific income, followers, sales or other outcomes. Nothing we publish is financial or legal advice.
Our content
All text, graphics, videos, templates and logos on this website and in our products belong to Wajeeha Khan Consultancy unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our content, but please do not copy it without permission.
Our social media tools
We use our own content tools to plan, create and publish posts to our own accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Slack. These tools only connect to accounts we own or that the account owner has authorised, and every post is reviewed by us before it is published. Each platform's own terms also apply when you interact with our content there. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our website and posts may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Liability
We take care to keep our website and products accurate and available, but we cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
